ReFirme™ skin tightening is an FDA and Health Canada approved treatment that treats wrinkles and skin laxity by stimulating collagen production right in the dermis, the thickest layer that lies between the skin’s outermost layer (epidermis) and deepest most layer (hypodermis or subcutaneous tissue).
