About PLUS90® Vaginal Tightening Laser
PLUS90® (formerly Votiva) is a safe and effective, non-surgical feminine health treatment to target internal and external vaginal issues. Treatments use radiofrequency (RF) energy to gently heat tissue and rejuvenate collagen with minimal discomfort and downtime. Utilizing the Forma V™ and Fractora V™ technologies, allows for controlled movement to address specific areas of concern like:

The majority of patients typically require 2-3 PLUS90® treatments approximately 3-4 week apart. Learn How PLUS90® works
PLUS90® is a non-surgical treatment that works by using a RF light to stimulate your body’s own collagen and regenerative potential. A numbing cream will be applied to the treatment area for maximized comfort during the session. Using the two handpieces—one to cause tightening and shrinkage of the internal muscles and the labia, the other to improve wrinkles and skin tone, these devices will omit a pulsing warm light around in the treatment zone. Patients often find this process to have little to no discomfort before and after their appointment.
The results of PLUS90® treatments are long lasting, although as your body ages over time, some patients may come back every year or so to retain their results.
To achieve the best results, it is recommended to abstain from sexual intercourse 24 hours prior to your appointment. In additionally, we ask that patients stop their use of NSAIDs like Ibuprofen or Advil 3 days prior to their PLUS90® appointment.

Plus 90® (formerly known as Votiva) for women is our newest treatment for labial and vaginal tightening. It is a highly effective and relatively simple, non-surgical treatment for the management of many vulvovaginal issues.
The price of one session of Intimalase is typically around $1000 per session. The majority of patients require two to three sessions about 3-4 weeks apart, and most patients notice a difference after only one treatment. Many of our patients tell us they see results immediately, with continued results over the following weeks. Patients may require maintenance treatments once a year.
During the procedure, a special attachment is inserted into the vagina and admits short laser pulses through a small handpiece to the surface of the vagina and vulva. Patients can expect to feel a heating sensation during treatment, which stimulates the formation of new collagen and strengthens the tissue. The procedure is pain-free and patients will only feel a slight heat sensation.
Your physician will determine the best treatment plan for you. The majority of patients have 2-3 sessions, however, most notice a difference after only 1 treatment.
There are no post-op precautions that are necessary. Patients can immediately return to their normal everyday activities, however it is recommended that patients should abstain from sexual intercourse for 1-2 weeks following the treatment. It is also recommended to abstain from heavy-lifting and long periods of exercise for up to 14 days.
