Where Venus Legacy™ can be used:
Venus Legacy™ skin tightening can be used to treat the face, neck, and the entire body— anywhere you want to tighten loose skin! This treatment is extremely popular amongst patients who want to get rid of sagging skin and increase collagen production, without going under the knife.
Optimal results are usually achieved from a series of 6 sessions for the face or neck. 8 to 10 may be required for your body. After your treatment plan is complete, you will continue to see improvements in your complexion for up to 3 months after your last session!

How does Venus Legacy™ work?
This unique, state-of-the-art technology combines Multipolar Radio Frequency and Magnetic Pulse Therapy (MP2) energies. These produce a dense and uniform heat matrix that boosts collagen synthesis and contraction, fibroblast proliferation, neovascularity and lipolysis.
This makes it easier to transport of vitamins, minerals and oxygen to the cells. It also helps your body better process the removal of toxins and waste materials by prompting the formation of new, tiny blood vessels. This all leads to the creation of dermal fibroblasts, which increase the number of collagen and elastin fibers.

The results of the treatments are cumulative. After the final session in your treatment plan, results will continue to improve for up to 3-4 months.
No, Venus Legacy™ treatments are not painful! The level of heat and suction can be adjusted to suit your comfortability.
You will feel the applicator get warmer until the skin reaches and stays within the appropriate temperature range. If the technician is using the VariPulse feature, you will also feel a gentle suction on your skin, similar to a very low-power vacuum, as the applicator is moved around the treated area. Both the temperature and the suction can be lowered if you feel as though they are too hot/strong.
Most patients receive 6-8 treatments per area, with the results being cumulative. Following the final session of the treatment plan, results will continue to develop and improve for up to 3-4 months.
Depending on the area that is being treated, each session lasts between 15 and 30 minutes, with no downtime required!
You will likely feel relaxed after a Venus Legacy™ treatment. The treatment is comfortable and some patients have even fallen asleep! The treated area may feel warm to the touch, otherwise you will feel completely normal. No downtime is required!
The results are not permanent as your face and body will continue to age, thus maintenance treatments are recommended every 1-4 months, depending on the individual.
