About NightLase® Therapy For Snoring and Sleep Apnea:
Fotona® NightLase® therapy is a non-invasive laser treatment, designed to reduce the effects of snoring and sleep apnea to increase the quality of your sleep. NightLase® works by using a gentle, laser-induced tightening effect caused by the contraction of collagen in the oral mucosa tissue.
NightLase® is a safe and effective treatment, gentle enough to be used on the sensitive tissue inside the mouth, but strong enough to provide clinically effective heating. Patients find NightLase® to be a highly comfortable and satisfying solution. The treatment is known to have a high success rate in producing positive changes in sleep patterns. Another benefit of NightLase® is that it does not require a device to be worn during sleep and involves no chemical treatment.

How Does NightLase® work?
NightLase® uses a powerful, long pulsed Er: YAG laser to treat snoring. The heat from the laser prompts the contraction of the collagen in the oral mucosa tissue, and also strengthens the tissue. The tightening of the throat tissues helps to open up the airway at the back of the throat.
A full course of NightLase® consists of three separate treatment sessions over a six week period. The final results of the treatment have been shown to last up to a year, and the therapy can be repeated.
The treatment is a less-invasive alternative to current surgical, chemical or radiosurgical options that may require hospitalization, general anesthesia or soft-tissue mutilation.

FAQ's About NightLase®
NightLase therapy improves sleep quality by reducing snoring with a gentle, non-invasive laser treatment on mucosal tissue. It involves no incisions, cutting, or burning.
Each treatment costs approximately $400-$600, and most people need 3-4 treatments over 9-12 weeks. Costs for the entire treatment typically range from $1200-$2000. For accurate pricing, contact us today and receive a FREE Consultation & Assesment today!
Some initial results of NightLase may be noticeable immediately following the procedure. The final results often last up to a year or more and treatments may be repeated as needed.
NightLase is a comfortable, gentle treatment that is not consiered painful. The majority of patients only experience a mild warm sensation during the procedure.
Initially, the doctor employs laser heat on the soft palate, creating a warm sensation for the patient. Advanced handpiece tech ensures precise and safe delivery of laser pulses, toning and tightening the soft palate and throat. This contraction of collagen prevents excessive relaxation and collapse of the throat during sleep, while also preventing the soft palate from shrinking and obstructing the airway.
One NightLase treatment takes approximately 15-20 minutes per session, and there is no downtime required post-procedure.
There are usually no side-effects following NightLase treatment. Some patients may experience a minor sore throat, but this generally subsides within a few days. Some immediate snoring reduction can occur following the first treatment.
The results achieved with NightLase are not permanent and touch-up sessions may be required a year or more after the initial series of treatments.
