Absolutely Positive!!!! Warm Friendly, easy-going environment. From the initial consultation to the actual procedure everyone was “down to earth”. They spoke in everyday language vs scientific terms. From the first return phone call I received I felt that the staff were very professional. When I went to the location the staff were very friendly and the Clinic was very clean. I meet with Yolanda she was very pleasant and listened to what I was looking for. She was very honest and told me to get 100% results that I would need surgery, but she also made some suggestions for other treatments that I could do if not having surgery was what I was looking for. I was so impressed with Skin Vitality and the nurses. I have several medical conditions and take several medications. The nurse consulted a doctor before my treatment and I was able to skype with the doctor as well. I was not able to have the service that I had requested due to the medication I am taking. Instead of taking my money and jeopardizing my health Skin Vitality explained why I could not have this service and how if would affect my health negatively. I was shown other options that would not jeopardize my health. Skin Vitality takes your health very seriously and this made me feel that I was in good hands but most of all I felt safe.

I booked a consultation at skin vitality and it was amazing. The girl (I wish I got her name) answered all of my questions and made me feel completely comfortable. I had a million and one questions and was probably so annoying but she was really patient and friendly and I actually went through with it that day. The nurse that I had was very informative as well and extremely gentle. I came into Skin Vitality St Catharines today to get Juvéderm lip injections, as well as injections around my mouth (smile lines and to try to smooth some indented piercing scars from monroe piercings), around 1 pm today. I first talked to Lisa, who went over information, side effects/risks, and pricing with me. I purchased 2 syringes of Juvéderm, Juvéderm Ultra Plus, and Juvéderm Volift.
