A BOTOX® treatment is pretty fast. As a matter of fact, it only takes about 10-20 minutes, depending on how many areas you want to treat, so it’s far shorter than a lunch hour procedure. It’s more like a coffee break procedure!
If you’ve never had a Toronto BOTOX® treatment, this is what you can expect to happen:
The area you’d like to treat may be numbed just to ease the discomfort related to the injection. You can choose to get numbing cream or simply massage the area gently with a cold pack. This may take a few minutes to adequately numb the area. Then, your Injector will skillfully make tiny injections to administer BOTOX® in all of the right spots, delivering the product right where it’s most needed.
That’s it. The treatment is finished and you’re free to go back to work or home. BOTOX® treatment is truly a walk in and walk out procedure. All you’ll have to do is follow a few aftercare instructions, provided to you by your Injector. They aren’t difficult to follow and they’re just to help with recovery.
