Ketosis
This scientifically proven method help you lose weight and keep it off. It’s based on making your body go into a state known as ketosis. Ketosis is when your body starts burning its own fat for energy. Normally, your body gets most of its energy from the carbs your eat, but by restricting carb intake, your body is forced to find fuel from another source: your fat stores (ketones).
